Green spaces are one of our greatest assets for healthier, happier communities, they clean our air, cool our streets, and support our wellbeing. People in more deprived areas frequently have less access to quality green spaces, creating “green deprivation” that compounds health inequalities.

Responding to valuable stakeholder feedback, Natural England’s Green Infrastructure Framework team have developed a powerful suite of new tools and evidence to make it easier than ever to plan, fund, and deliver green infrastructure where it is needed most, driving more targeted and equitable access to green space across the country.
