We are the one of the largest NHS organisation in wales and we are primary healthcare provider to a population of 500,000 in Cardiff and Vale.
Mission
Our mission is “Living Well, Caring Well, Working Together”, and our vision is that a person’s chance of leading a healthy life should be the same wherever they live and whoever they are. Cardiff and Vale University Health Board’s 10-year transformation and improvement strategy, Shaping Our Future Wellbeing, is our chance to work collaboratively with the public and the Cardiff and Vale UHB workforce to make our health board more sustainable for the future. Together, we can improve equity for all of our patients – both today and tomorrow.
