Thora Tenbrink

Thora Tenbrink is Professor of Linguistics and Director of Postgraduate Research Studies at the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as Director of the Places of Climate Change Research Centre at Bangor University. She was awarded her Doctor of Philosophy degree (Dr. phil.) at Bremen University, Germany, in 2005. Prof. Tenbrink is author of “Cognitive Discourse Analysis: An Introduction” (Cambridge University Press, 2020), and has published nine further books and proceedings plus over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles in areas of language, cognition and communication.
