About

The Good Homes Alliance is a non-profit community interest company with nearly 100 member organisations from across the built environment industry who seek to go beyond business as usual and collaborate to deliver homes fit for the 21st century. 

We have pioneered understanding and delivery techniques for better quality in new housing for nearly 20 years and our purpose is ever more relevant – to meet the challenge of net-zero development which also addresses health, wellbeing and low running costs.

What we do

MISSION: ‘We catalyse the delivery of high performance net zero homes and places which enable happy and healthy lives.’

The Good Homes Alliance is a non-profit community interest company with over 100 member and partner organisations from across the built environment industry, including architects, developers, housing associations, local authorities, urban designers, consultants, manufacturers, engineers and more.

We collaborate with industry and government, share best practice & case studies, curate events, lead campaigns, lobby for change, partner on research and commission publications, and create active knowledge exchange networks, for local authorities, housing associations, developers and building performance evaluation practitioners.
